Rules and Regulations

  1. The contest is open to all Indian citizens. 
  2. All participants must be between grade 9th to 12th standard.
  3. All entries must be submitted on www.nadc.co.in. Entries submitted through any other mode will not be considered for evaluation. 
  4. The participants have to submit their entry in JPG/JPEG/ PNG/ PDF format along with the short description about the painting.
  5. The painting should be made up of any color medium or can be of mixed media.
  6. Selection criteria: Creative, innovative and relevant to the contest theme. 
  7. The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content. 
  8. The submitted entry should be shot in HD Standard.
  9. The participant should ensure that all the information given by him/ her in the registration form is accurate and updated, as organisers would use this for further communication. This includes details such as Name, Contact details, parents/ Guardians’ contact details, State & City, email ID, etc
  10. Submission of the Painting must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. If any entry found infringing on others, the entry will be disqualified from the competition.
  11. Selection process will be based on Painting Submission (though photograph) – Jury selection. 
  12. The final evaluation of the artworks will be handled by the drawing competition jury panel. The jury’s decision is final, and no questions or appeals regarding the painting contest’s outcome will be considered.
  13. The winners will be declared by way of announcing their names on the NADC website after every level.
  14. Organisers reserve the right to reject any entry that does not feel is suitable or appropriate or which does not conform to any of the conditions listed above.
  15. By sending the entries, the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
  16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
